  "text": "Member States shall notify the Commission, no later than on the 10th working day of January, of the quantities in kilograms for which licence applications have been lodged.\nNotifications shall be broken down by CN code and origin, and shall also give separate figures for the quantities of each product applied for by traditional and new importers, respectively.",
