# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1998/2006 of 15 December 2006 on the application of Articles 87 and 88 of the Treaty to de minimis aid, Article 4: Amendment

Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1860/2004 is amended as follows:
(a) in point 1, the words ‘processing and marketing’ are deleted;
(b) point 3 is deleted.
