  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 2001/2006\nof 21 December 2006\nadapting Regulation (EC) No 2295/2003 introducing detailed rules for implementing Council Regulation (EEC) No 1907/90 on certain marketing standards for eggs by reason of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to the Treaty of Accession of Bulgaria and Romania, and in particular Article 4(3) thereof,\nHaving regard to the Act of Accession of Bulgaria and Romania, and in particular Article 56 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCertain technical amendments are necessary in Commission Regulation (EC) No 2295/2003, by reason of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union.\n(2)\nAnnexes I, II and V to Regulation (EC) No 2295/2003 contain certain entries in all the languages of the Community as constituted at 31 December 2006. Those Annexes should also include the entries in Bulgarian and in Romanian.\n(3)\nRegulation (EC) No 2295/2003 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
