# Commission Regulation (EC) No 2004/2006 of 22 December 2006 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2273/93 determining the intervention centres for cereals, and adapting the said regulation due to the accession of Bulgaria and Romania, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2007. However, points 1, 2 and 6 of the Annex apply subject to and from the date of the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of Bulgaria and Romania.
