  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 884/2001 is amended as follows:\n1.. In Article 8(2), the second subparagraph is replaced by the following:\n‘The customs office at the point of exit from the customs territory of the Community shall enter one of the entries listed in Annex V on the two copies of the latter document and stamp as authentic. It shall hand the stamped copies bearing that wording to the exporter or his representative. The latter shall ensure that one copy accompanies carriage of the exported product.’\n2.. The text in Annex II to this Regulation is added as Annex V.",
