  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 2029/2006\nof 22 December 2006\nadapting Regulation (EEC) No 1538/91 introducing detailed rules for implementing Council Regulation (EEC) No 1906/90 on certain marketing standards for poultrymeat by reason of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty of Accession of Bulgaria and Romania, and in particular Article 4(3) thereof,\nHaving regard to the Act of Accession of Bulgaria and Romania, and in particular Article 56 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCertain technical amendments need to be made to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1538/91 by reason of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the European Union.\n(2)\nArticle 14a(7) of Regulation (EEC) No 1538/91 and Annexes I, II and III thereto contain certain entries in all the languages of the Community as constituted at 31 December 2006. These provisions should include the entries in Bulgarian and in Romanian.\n(3)\nAnnex VIII to Regulation (EEC) No 1538/91 contains the list of national reference laboratories for monitoring the water content in poultrymeat. It should include the national reference laboratories of Bulgaria and Romania.\n(4)\nRegulation (EEC) No 1538/91 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
