  "heading": "The following point 1.4 is added to the explanatory note related to the agricultural holding:",
  "text": "‘1.4.\nWith the 2003 CAP reform, “Maintaining the land in good agricultural and environmental condition” was introduced as an agricultural activity (Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003). Besides this activity, farmers do not have to have any other agricultural activity in order to have access to the single payment scheme.’",
