  "text": "Description of the goods\nClassification(CN code)\nReasons\n(1)\n(2)\n(3)\nSet put up for retail sale comprising:\nan audio unit with a telephone handset,\na telecommunication card,\na video camera connectable to an automatic data-processing machine,\na network connection unit, and\ntwo diskettes with video telephony application software.\nThe set enables an automatic data-processing machine to perform an additional function (video telephony).\n8517 50 90\nClassification is determined by General Rules 1, 3(b) and 6 for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature, and by the wording of CN codes 8517, 8517 50 and 8517 50 90.\nThe essential character of the set is given by the telecommunication apparatus (the audio unit and telecommunication card).",
