  "text": "In Article 5(1) of Regulation (EC) No 2729/2000 the following third subparagraph is added:\n‘Verification that grubbing-up has actually taken place as provided for in Article 8(1)(e) of Regulation (EC) No 1227/2000 may be carried out by remote sensing, in the case of abandonment of the entire vineyard parcel.’",
