# Commission Regulation (EC) No 325/2006 of 23 February 2006 fixing the reduction coefficient to be applied to applications for import licences for bananas originating in the ACP countries for the period 1 March to 31 December 2006, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

A reduction coefficient of 45,687 % shall be applied to each import licence application submitted by the operators referred to in Chapter II of Regulation (EC) No 219/2006 under the tariff subquota of 146 850 tonnes.
