  "text": "1. Regulation (EC) No 3051/95 shall be repealed with effect from 24 March 2006.\n2. Interim Documents of Compliance, Interim Safety Management Certificates, Documents of Compliance and Safety Management Certificates issued before 24 March 2006 shall remain valid until their expiry or until their next endorsement.",
