Article 1(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1676/2001 as in force on the day of publication of this Regulation shall be deleted.

Article 1(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1676/2001 as in force on the day of publication of this Regulation shall be renumbered Article 1(3).

Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1676/2001 as in force on the day of publication of this Regulation shall be deleted.

4.

Articles 3 and 4 of Regulation (EC) No 1676/2001 as in force on the day of publication of this Regulation shall be renumbered Articles 2 and 3.
