# Commission Regulation (EC) No 393/2006 of 6 March 2006 opening and providing for the administration of an autonomous tariff quota for garlic from 1 April 2006, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Regulation (EC) No 1870/2005 shall apply to the management of the autonomous quota, subject to the provisions of this Regulation.
However, Articles 1, 4(2), 6, 7(2) 8(3) and (6), the first paragraph of Article 9, and Article 10(1) and (2) of Regulation (EC) No 1870/2005 shall not apply to the management of the autonomous quota.
