Division 3 Definition of fishing gear

For the purpose of this Annex, the following groupings of fishing gears shall apply:

1. (a)

   Trawls, Danish seines and similar gears of mesh size:

   1. (i)

      equal to or larger than 32 mm and less than 55 mm;

   2. (ii)

      equal to or larger than 55 mm;

2. (b)

   Gill-nets of mesh size:

   1. (i)

      equal to or larger than 60 mm and less than 80 mm;

   2. (ii)

      equal to or larger than 80 mm;

3. (c)

   Bottom long-lines.
