  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from 1 January 2006.\nWhere the TACs of the CCAMLR area are set for periods starting before 1 January 2006, Article 40 shall apply with effect from the beginning of the respective periods of application of the TACs.",
