  "text": "Notwithstanding Article 2(1)(c) of Regulation (EC) No 2014/2005 as amended by this Regulation, the information relating to the quantities covered by licences used and returned to the issuing body in January and February 2006 shall be sent to the Commission within seven days following the entry into force of this Regulation.",
