Article 28(4) of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 is amended as follows:

    point (c) is replaced by the following:

    1. (c)

      ‘the Panel on plant protection products and their residues;’

  2. 2..

    a new point (i) is added as follows:

    1. (i)

      ‘the Panel on plant health.’
