# Commission Regulation (EC) No 714/2006 of 10 May 2006 amending Regulation (EC) No 1164/2005 as regards the quantity covered by the standing invitation to tender for the resale on the Community market of maize held by the Polish intervention agency, Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 1164/2005 is hereby amended as follows:
1.. in Article 1, ‘155 197 tonnes’ is replaced by ‘246 437 tonnes’;
2.. in the title of the Annex, ‘155 197 tonnes’ is replaced by ‘246 437 tonnes’.
