# Commission Regulation (EC) No 799/2006 of 30 May 2006 amending Regulation (EC) No 1168/2005 as regards the quantity covered by the standing invitation to tender for the resale on the Community market of maize held by the Austrian intervention agency, Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 1168/2005 is hereby amended as follows:
1.. In Article 1, ‘121 525 tonnes’ is replaced by ‘211 705 tonnes’;
2.. In the title of the Annex, ‘121 525 tonnes’ is replaced by ‘211 705 tonnes’.
