# Commission regulation (EC) No 865/2006 of 4 May 2006 laying down detailed rules concerning the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 338/97 on the protection of species of wild fauna and flora by regulating trade therein, Article 28: Handling by the customs office

The customs office referred to in Article 27 shall, after completing box 27, return the original export permit or re-export certificate (form 1) and the copy for the holder (form 2) to the (re‐)exporter or to his authorised representative.
