Where the sample collection originates within F2Great Britain the issuing authority for a sample collection certificate shall be the management authority F3....

Where the sample collection originates in a third country, the issuing authority for a sample collection certificate shall be the management authority F4... and the issuance of that certificate shall be based on the provision of an equivalent document, issued by that third country.
