  "text": "1. The relevant competent authorities of the United Kingdom shall recognise marking methods approved by the competent authorities of third countries that comply with Article 66.\n2. Where a permit or certificate is required pursuant to this Regulation, full details of the marking of the specimen shall be provided on such a document.",
