Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No 51/2006 is amended as follows:
the entry concerning the species sandeel in zone IIa (EC waters) and IIIa, IV (EC waters) is replaced by the following:
Excluding waters within six miles of UK baselines at Shetland, Fair Isle and Foula.
Except Denmark and the United Kingdom.
To be taken in the North Sea.
Subject to review during 2006.’
