  "text": "The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 94/92 is amended as follows:\n1.. In the text relating to Australia, point 3 is replaced by the following:\n‘3.\nInspection bodies:\nAustralian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) (Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry)\nBio-dynamic Research Institute (BDRI)\nOrganic Growers of Australia Inc. (OGA)\nOrganic Food Chain Pty Ltd (OFC)\nNational Association of Sustainable Agriculture, Australia (NASAA)\nAustralian Certified Organic Pty. Ltd.’\n2.. In the text relating to Costa Rica, point 5 is replaced by the following:\n‘5.\nDuration of the inclusion: 30.6.2011.’\n3.. After the text relating to Costa Rica, the following text is inserted:\n‘INDIA\n1.\nProduct categories:\n(a) unprocessed crop products within the meaning of Article 1(1)(a) of Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91;\n(b) foodstuffs composed essentially of one or more ingredients of plant origin within the meaning of Article 1(1)(b) of Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91.\n2.\nOrigin: products of category 1(a) and organically grown ingredients in products of category 1(b) that have been grown in India.\n3.\nInspection bodies:\nBVQI (India) Pvt. Ltd\nEcocert SA (India Branch Office)\nIMO Control Private Limited\nIndian Organic Certification Agency (Indocert)\nInternational Resources for Fairer Trade\nLacon Quality Certification Pvt. The text relating to Switzerland is amended as follows:\n(a) Point 1 is replaced by the following:\n‘1.\nProduct categories:\n(a) unprocessed crop products and livestock and unprocessed livestock products within the meaning of Article 1(1)(a) of Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91, with the exception of:\nproducts, produced during the conversion period, as referred to in Article 5(5) of that Regulation;\n(b) processed agricultural crop and livestock products intended for human consumption within the meaning of Article 1(1)(b) of Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91, with the exception of:\nproducts, as referred to in Article 5(5) of that Regulation, containing an ingredient of agricultural origin produced during the conversion period.’\n(b) Point 3 is replaced by the following:\n‘3.\nInspection bodies:\nInstitut für Marktökologie (IMO)\nbio.inspecta AG\nSchweizerische Vereinigung für Qualitäts- und Management-Systeme (SQS)\nBio Test Agro (BTA).’\n5.. The text relating to New Zealand is amended as follows:\n(a) Point 3 is replaced by the following:\n‘3.\nInspection bodies:\nAgriQuality\nBIO-GRO New Zealand.’\n(b) Point 5 is replaced by the following:\n‘5.\nDuration of the inclusion: 30.6.2011.’",
