  "text": "The reduction of the temporary restructuring amount referred to in Article 11(6) of Regulation (EC) No 320/2006 shall be offset against the second instalment of that amount to be paid by the undertakings concerned by 31 October 2008 in accordance with the second indent of the second subparagraph of paragraph 5 of that Article.",
