  "text": "1. Import licence applications for Basmati rice as referred to in Article 10(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1785/2003 shall contain the following details:\n(a) in box 8, indication of the country of origin and the word ‘yes’ marked with a cross;\n(b) in box 20, one of the entries listed in Annex I.\n2. Import licence applications for Basmati rice shall be accompanied by:\n(a) proof that the applicant is a natural or legal person who has, for at least 12 months, carried on a commercial activity in the rice sector and is registered in the Member State where the application is made;\n(b) a product authenticity certificate issued by a competent body in the exporting country, as listed in Annex II hereto.",
