  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nAt the request of the exporter, points 1, 4, 5 and 6 of Article 1 may apply in respect of refund applications submitted before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, provided that the time limit set out in paragraph 2 or, as the case may be, 4 of Article 49 of Regulation (EC) No 800/1999 has not expired.",
