Article 1

For the 2007/08 marketing year, the aid for tomatoes under Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 2201/96 shall be:

1. (a)

   EUR 34,50 per tonne in the Czech Republic, Greece, France, Cyprus, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Portugal, and Slovakia;

2. (b)

   EUR 27,76 per tonne in Italy;

3. (c)

   in Spain:

   1. (i)

      EUR 34,50 per tonne for tomatoes for processing into whole peeled tomatoes,

   2. (ii)

      EUR 12,75 per tonne for tomatoes intended for other processing;

4. (d)

   EUR 25,88 per tonne in Bulgaria and Romania.
