  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1046/2007\nof 11 September 2007\namending Regulation (EC) No 712/2007 as regards the quantities covered by the standing invitation to tender for the resale on the Community market of cereals held by the intervention agencies of the Member States\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1784/2003 of 29 September 2003 on the common organisation of the market in cereals, and in particular Article 6 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCommission Regulation (EC) No 712/2007 opened standing invitations to tender for the resale on the Community market of cereals held by the intervention agencies of the Member States. Annex I to this Regulation provides for 29 244 tonnes of common wheat held by the Hungarian intervention agency.\n(2)\nIn their weekly communication pursuant to Article 11a of Commission Regulation (EC) No 824/2000 of 19 April 2000 establishing procedures for the taking over of cereals by intervention agencies and laying down methods of analysis for determining the quality of cereals, the Hungarian authorities reported a loss of 742 tonnes of common wheat.\n(3)\nCommission Regulation (EC) No 1539/2006 of 13 October 2006 adopting a plan allocating resources to the Member States to be charged against 2007 budget year for the supply of food from intervention stocks for the benefit of the most deprived persons in the Community lays down, amongst other things, the quantity of each type of product to be withdrawn from the stocks held by the intervention agencies. These quantities include, as stated in point 10 of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1539/2006 and in the form of authorised intra-Community transfers, 3 610 tonnes of common wheat held by the Hungarian intervention agencies destined for Slovenia. In order to organise the complete transfer the Hungarian authorities need to recover 1 000 tonnes of common wheat currently included in the invitation to tender covered by Regulation (EC) No 712/2007.\n(4)\nRegulation (EC) No 712/2007 should be amended accordingly.\n(5)\nThe measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
