  "text": "1. A provisional anti-dumping duty is hereby imposed on certain polyvinyl alcohols in the form of homopolymer resins with a viscosity (measured in 4 % solution) of 3 mPas or more but not exceeding 61 mPas and a degree of hydrolysis of 84,0 mol % or more but not exceeding 99,9 mol % falling within CN code ex 3905 30 00 (TARIC code 3905 30 00 20) and originating in the People's Republic of China.\n2. The rate of the provisional anti-dumping duty applicable to the net, free-at-Community-frontier price, before duty, of the products described in paragraph 1 shall be 10 %.\n3. The release for free circulation in the Community of the product referred to in paragraph 1 shall be subject to the provision of a security, equivalent to the amount of the provisional duty.\n4. Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.",
