# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1069/2007 of 17 September 2007 imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) originating in the People's Republic of China, Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Article 1 of this Regulation shall apply for a period of six months.
