# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1084/2007 of 19 September 2007 establishing a prohibition of fishing for redfish in NAFO zone 3M by vessels flying the flag of all Member States except Spain, Article 1: Quota exhaustion

The fishing quotas allocated to the Member States referred to in the Annex to this Regulation for the stock referred to therein for 2007 shall be deemed to be exhausted from the date set out in that Annex.
