# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1159/2007 of 2 October 2007 reopening the fishery for common sole in ICES zone III a, III b, c, d (EC waters) by vessels flying the flag of Sweden, Article 2: Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 3 September 2007.
