Regulation (EC) No 753/2002 is hereby amended as follows:

   In Article 31, paragraph 3 is amended as follows:

   1. (a)

      in point (b) of the second subparagraph ‘31 August 2007’ is replaced by ‘31 August 2008’;

   2. (b)

      in the third subparagraph ‘31 August 2007’ is replaced by ‘31 August 2008’;

   Annex II is replaced by Annex to this Regulation.
