  "text": "1. Obligations towards passengers pursuant to this Regulation may not be limited or waived, notably by a derogation or restrictive clause in the transport contract.\n2. Railway undertakings may offer contract conditions more favourable for the passenger than the conditions laid down in this Regulation.",
