  "text": "1. By way of derogation from Article 23 of Regulation (EC) No 1291/2000 import licences shall be valid for 150 days from the first day of the subperiod for which they were issued.\n2. By way of derogation from Article 9(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1291/2000, the rights deriving from import licences may be transferred only to transferees satisfying the eligibility conditions laid down in Article 5 of Regulation (EC) No 1301/2006 and in Article 4 of this Regulation.",
