  "text": "The fishing opportunities set out in the Protocol to the Agreement shall be allocated among the Member States as follows:\nFishing Category\nType of vessel\nMember State\nLicences\nTuna fishing\nPurse seine vessels\nSpain\n23\nFrance\n20\nItaly\n1\nTuna fishing\nLong-liners\nSpain\n23\nFrance\n11\nPortugal\n9\nUnited Kingdom\n2\nIf licence applications from these Member States do not cover all the fishing opportunities set out in the Protocol, the Commission may consider licence applications from any other Member State.",
