  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 753/2002 is amended as follows:\n1.. In the first paragraph of Article 28 the following indent is added:\n‘“regional vin” in the case of table wines originating in Denmark,’\n2.. Article 29 is amended as follows:\n(a) in paragraph 1, point (b) is replaced by the following:\n(b) ‘Germany:\naccompanying the indication of origin of the wine\n“Qualitätswein”,\n“Prädikatswein”, supplemented by “Kabinett”, “Spätlese”, “Auslese”, “Beerenauslese”, “Trockenbeerenauslese” or “Eiswein”,\n“Qualitätswein mit Prädikat”, supplemented by “Kabinett”, “Spätlese”, “Auslese”, “Beerenauslese”, “Trockenbeerenauslese” or “Eiswein” until 1 August 2009’;\n(b) in paragraph 1, point (o) is replaced by the following:\n(o) ‘Slovenia:\n“kakovostno vino z zaščitenim geografskim poreklom” or “kakovostno vino ZGP”; these terms may be supplemented by the expression “mlado vino”,\n“vino s priznanim tradicionalnim poimenovanjem”, “vino PTP” or “renome”,\n“vrhunsko vino z zaščitenim geografskim poreklom”, “vrhunsko vino ZGP” or “eminentno”; this term may be accompanied by “pozna trgatev”, “izbor”, “jagodni izbor”, “suhi jagodni izbor”, “ledeno vino”, “vino iz sušenega grozdja”, “arhivsko vino”, “arhiva”, “starano vino” or “slamno vino”;’\n(c) in paragraph 1, point (p) is replaced by the following:\n(p) ‘Slovakia:\nnames accompanying the indication of origin of the wine:\n“akostné víno”,\n“akostné víno s prívlastkom” plus “kabinetné”, “neskorý zber”, “výber z hrozna”, “bobuľový výber”, “hrozienkový výber”, “cibébový výber”, “slamové víno”, “ľadový zber”,\nas well as the following expressions:\n“esencia”,\n“forditáš”,\n“mášláš”,\n“samorodné”,\n“výberová esencia”,\n“výber … putňový”, completed by the numbers 3-6.’;\n(d) in paragraph 2, point (a) is deleted;\n(e) in paragraph 2, the following point is added:\n(j) ‘Slovakia:\n“sekt vinohradníckej oblasti”,\n“pestovateľský sekt”.’\n3.. Annex III is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.",
