THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 of 20 March 2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs^f1, and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 7(4) thereof,

Whereas:

• as regards Belgium: ‘Geraardsbergse mattentaart’^f2;

• as regards Spain: ‘Pataca de Galicia’ or ‘Patata de Galicia’^f3, ‘Poniente de Granada’^f4, ‘Gata-Hurdes’^f5, ‘Patatas de Prades’ or ‘Patates de Prades’^f6 and ‘Mantequilla de Soria’^f7;

• as regards France: ‘Huile d'olive de Nîmes’^f8, ‘Huile d'olive de Corse’ or ‘Huile d'olive de Corse-Oliu di Corsica’^f9, ‘Clémentine de Corse’^f10 and ‘Agneau de Sisteron’^f11;

• as regards Ireland: ‘Connemara Hill Lamb’ or ‘Uain Sléibhe Chonamara’^f12;

As no objection under Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 was sent to the Commission, these names should be entered in the ‘Register of protected designations of origin and protected geographical indications’,
