  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1499/2007\nof 18 December 2007\npublishing, for 2008, the agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds introduced by Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1784/2003 of 29 September 2003 on the common organisation of the market in cereals, and the other regulations on the common organisation of the markets in agricultural products,\nHaving regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 of 17 December 1987 establishing an agricultural product nomenclature for export refunds, and in particular the fourth subparagraph of Article 3 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe full version of the refund nomenclature valid at 1 January 2008, as it ensues from the regulatory provisions on export arrangements for agricultural products, should be published.\n(2)\nThe amendments to the combined nomenclature applicable from 2008 concerning milk, meat preparations and sugar introduced by Commission Regulation (EC) No 1214/2007 must be taken into consideration and the refund nomenclature must be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
