# Council Regulation (EC) No 1531/2007 of 10 December 2007 on trade in certain steel products between the European Community and the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 10

The export licence may be issued after the shipment of the products to which it relates. In such cases it shall bear the endorsement ‘issued retrospectively’.
