Article 2 Definitions

For the purpose of this Regulation:

   ‘undertakings in the sector of agricultural production’ means undertakings active in the primary production of agricultural products;

2. 2..

   ‘agricultural products’ means the products listed in Annex I to the Treaty, except fisheries and acquaculture products covered by Council Regulation (EC) No 104/2000^f1.
