# Commission Regulation (EC) No 171/2007 of 21 February 2007 setting the allocation coefficient for issuing of licences applied for from 12 to 16 February 2007 to import sugar products under tariff quotas and preferential agreements, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

Licences shall be issued within the quantitative limits set in the Annex to this Regulation in respect of applications for import licences submitted from 12 to 16 February 2007, in accordance with Article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No 950/2006 or Article 5 of Regulation (EC) No 1832/2006.
