  "text": "Regulation (EEC) No 3149/92 is hereby amended as follows:\n1.. The third subparagraph of Article 7(5) is replaced by the following:\n‘Dispatch declarations issued by the supplier intervention agency shall include one of the entries given in the Annex.’\n2.. The text given in the Annex hereto is added as an Annex.",
