# Council Regulation (Euratom) No 300/2007 of 19 February 2007 establishing an Instrument for Nuclear Safety Cooperation, Article 12: Budget commitments

1. Budget commitments shall be made on the basis of decisions taken by the Commission in accordance with Articles 5, 6 and 9.
2. The legal forms for Community financing shall include:
financing agreements,
grant agreements,
procurement contracts,
employment contracts.
