  "text": "The Commission shall regularly evaluate the results of policies and programmes and the effectiveness of programming in order to ascertain whether the objectives have been met and enable it to formulate recommendations with a view to improving future operations. The Commission shall send significant evaluation reports to the committee established in accordance with Article 19. These results shall feed back into programme design and resource allocation.",
