Article 22 Repeal

1.

The following instruments shall be repealed as of 1 January 2007:

  • Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 99/2000,

  • Decision 98/381/EC, Euratom,

  • Decision 2001/824/EC, Euratom.

2.

The repealed instruments shall continue to apply for legal acts and commitments implementing the budget years preceding 2007.
