# Commission Regulation (EC) No 317/2007 of 23 March 2007 amending Regulation (EC) No 936/97 opening and providing for the administration of tariff quotas for high-quality fresh, chilled and frozen beef and for frozen buffalo meat, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 July 2007. However, Article 5(3) of Regulation (EC) No 936/97 as amended by this Regulation shall apply from 1 April 2007.
