Article 3 Definitions

For the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions shall apply:

   ‘import tariff quota period’ means the period from 1 June to the following 31 May;

   ‘competent authorities’ means the body or bodies designated by the Member State for the implementation of this Regulation.
