1.

The Commission shall be assisted by the Rural Development Committee established by Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005. That committee is a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 f1 .

Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply.

2.

The Commission shall be assisted by the Committee on the agricultural funds established by Regulation (EC) No 1290/2005. That committee is a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.

Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply.
